Located on the heights of Beaune, this superb ancient house (1900), completely renovated in early 202O, is bright, warm, independent and offers 150 square meters of living space. It can accommodate 3 couples and 2 children, looking for a change of scenery, rest and comfort.
The 1,500 square meters garden is lush green, with old trees and breathtaking views of famous vineyards: Montagne des Cortons, 1er Crus de Beaune and even Mont-Blanc on a clear day.
Located in the center of the landscaped garden, the heated swimming pool is a real invitation to idleness.
You will have breakfast on the east-bound terrace and can enjoy lunch and dinner in the garden, in the shade of the pines.

The living rooms
Located on the ground floor, opening onto the terrace and the garden, they offer a beautiful living space. The combination of beautiful materials, designer furniture and warm, panoramic vision give a feeling of serenity and infinite space.
This space consists of a bright dining-living room and a kitchen.
Fully fitted and equipped, the kitchen will meet all your needs: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and wine cellar. Many utensils and designer dishes, beautiful wine glasses are at your disposal.
A large Italian designed table will host your meals in a friendly atmosphere. Come and enjoy a moment of tranquility in the cosy sofa while admiring the incredible view or watching your favorite series on Netflix.
A glass canopy located at the back of the house captures the first rays of the sun at the beginning and end of the season, providing a unique setting for tea-time or a morning coffee.

The bedrooms
The house comprises four bedrooms: a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and a terrace, two large bedrooms upstairs each with a walk-in shower and balcony, and a small bedroom for young children with bunk beds . The 3 upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned.
The room on the ground floor is spacious and has a unique perspective.. Facing East, it lights up in the morning sunshine. Equipped with a king-size bed, its pastel shades encourage a well-deserved rest.
Two large air-conditioned rooms upstairs offer a panoramic view on the garden and the vineyards.. They offer space, light and warm design. The first has an independent bathroom, a king size bed, convertible into 2 twin beds (90 * 200cm). The second bedroom upstairs has a private walk-in shower and a queen size bed. Each one has a private balcony allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view of the Beaune vineyards.
A third, smaller, air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with 90x190cm bunk beds, ideal for two children.

Le Clos dans Les Vignes is located on the “Montagne de Beaune”, a hill overlooking the boutique-city of Beaune and includes many of the Premier Cru wines from the Beaune appellation.
Beyond the walks on the Mountain, you can try one of the many hiking and cycling trails among the vineyards. You will also be close to all of the most famous villages in Burgundy: from Gevrey-Chambertin to Chambolle-Musigny via Meursault, Pommard, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet.
The superb city of Beaune will be at your feet and you will be able to walk the streets and alleys with incredible charm, steeped in history and the world of wine: Visit the Hospices de Beaune, the Wine Museum ...
A Must-do is to rent bikes and embark on the famous Voie des Vignes, which crisscrosses the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune; it departs just a few minutes from the house.

Le Clos dans les Vignes belongs to Laurent and Sophie, owners of the Charming Guest House - Le Clos des Tilleuls, located a few kilometers from Beaune. They fell in love with this house and its panoramic view and decided to give it a new life in the contemporary and warm style they like.

Le Clos dans les Vignes is rented exclusively for the week in High and Very High season and for weekdays and weekends in Low Season. Sheets, towels and household linen are provided. Pets are not allowed. A broadband Internet connection with international TV and wifi is available. Inside the house is strictly non-smoking. Your health and safety are a top priority for us : the house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
In low season, heating costs may be added to the rental price.
Additional services :
- We can pre-book bikes (electric or classic) for you with our partner located a few minutes from Le Clos dans les Vignes. You will collect them on site when you arrive.
- We can organize a private tasting of regional wines in our 18th century cellar at Clos des Tilleuls (quote upon request). A minimum of 6 participants is required.
- We offer a fine selection of wines from the region that we can deliver to your wine cellar before your arrival. Whether you drink these on the spot or take them with you, you will keep a unique souvenir of your stay in Burgundy (wine list upon request).
